All data clearly shows that the world economy is facing the biggest challenge in the last decades. Automotive spare parts manufacturers and suppliers are also aware of that, but none of them intends to look passively at the development of situation. Each and every of them want to help mechanics keep flow of customers in their garages, in order to survive this difficult period together. Leading suppliers, in cooperation with Inter Cars, organized a #helptohelp campaign, which has been launched at the beginning of April.
- SAFETY PACKAGE containing 5 litres of antibacterial fluid, 5 pieces of protective face masks, 100 pieces of protective gloves, which will allow garages adapt to safety regulations and requirements announced by the Polish government, and to stay safe in contact with customers.
- Free of charge webinars - first training was already held back on 31 March 2020, on the subject of: „Garage management in crisis”, other topics are in preparation. It is a free of charge KNOWLEDGE for garage owners and mechanics, so much needed and difficult to obtain in the time of a nationwide quarantine.
- Ready-to-use marketing content, i.e. posts for social media (texts and graphics), which are to help garage owners reach the drivers, using most modern ONLINE TOOLS. These are currently the best form of contact with customers, who are looking for information on available services. It is clear that current situation will for sure make Internet even more important as the basic tool of communication. It is surely worth taking advantage of the situation and meet the needs of the customer.
The initiators of the campaign are already working on additional steps that will help mechanics keep their businesses running during the outbreak of coronavirus.
The campaign #helptohelp has been initiated by automotive spare parts manufacturers in cooperation with Inter Cars. It is aimed to encourage the drivers to use the services of automotive repair garages.
