On January 23, during the meeting HR Awards Best Practices, HR Top Quality certificates were awarded. One of two awarded companies was Inter Cars. On behalf of the company the award was collected by Anna Figiel, HR Director.
The leading motive of the event was employee benefit and health managements, and various organizations presented their best practices in these areas. HR Top Quality certificate, awarded by Human Resources Association, constitutes a confirmation for the employees and candidates to work, that a company is a reliable and credible employer, using most modern solutions for human capital management practices. It is also a reward for the whole organization, and most of all, for the HR Department.
The Certificate is awarded by Polish Association of Human Resources to companies with top standards of human capital management, on the basis of an objective audit. Certification audit for HR Top Quality concentrates mostly on practical side of HR policy and tools used by companies. The audit applies to, among other things, the following areas: recruitment and outplacement, motivation and remuneration systems, employee development, internal communication, employer branding and CSR.
