Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. as exclusive distributor of Ford Trucks in Poland

Ford Trucks announces strategic partnership with Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. - exclusive distributor of the brand in Poland.

Pursuant to the agreement Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. shall become an exclusive importer of Ford Trucks vehicles in our country. The company also deals in trading automotive spare parts and used trucks. Finally the dealership chain of Ford Trucks Poland shall have 10 branches dealing with sales of trucks, maintenance and repairs, and later on another 10 branches shall be granted authorization to repair vehicles.

Mutual partnership between Ford Trucks and Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o., was signed on 13 June 2019 in Hilton Hotel and Convention Centre in Warsaw. The President of the Management Board of Inter Cars and proxy of Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. Maciej Oleksowicz, President of the Management Board of Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. Sławomir Rybarczyk and representatives of Ford Trucks: Serhan Turfan, Ford Trucks Vice President and Emrah Duman, Director of International Markets took part in the event.

Signing a distribution contract with Ford Trucks is an unusual event, and I think that not only for us. After many years of seven makes of vehicles with GVM above 16t. ruling the market, now it is time for a new player appearing on fourth in size market in Europe. Current competence built within business activity of Q-Service Truck company, which are composed of 70 independent garages and already operating distribution model, will make it possible really fast to establish efficient structure of sales for Ford Trucks brand in the whole country. Such cooperation makes a perfect match with direction of development of the Inter Cars Capital Group, where through various segments of our activity we are creating a comprehensive model of customer care, offering access to ready products like vehicles, spare parts and repair services. I am sure that Ford Trucks vehicles, including the flagship F-MAX tractor, thanks to their unique features, will make it possible for our domestic transport companies to keep being competitive on the market of transport services.
