Maciej Oleksowicz, President of the Management Board of Inter Cars SA, was distinguished in the rank of the 30 most valuable presidents of the largest companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The list was compiled by SEC Newgate CEE. The results of the listing are described by the leading Polish daily newspaper "Rzeczpospolita".
The President of the Management Board of Inter Cars found himself on the prestigious list of the most valuable Polish managers managing companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Maciej Oleksowicz took a high, 9th position. He was valued at PLN 276 million.
Among the presidents in the TOP 10 of this list, one can find managers of such companies as Santander Bank Polska, LPP, ING Bank Śląski, mBank or Budimex.
According to "Rzeczpospolita", the valuation of CEOs in the ranking is a result of multiplying the company's capitalisation by the percentage value that its manager represents for the company. In order to calculate the percentage value, CEOs are evaluated for share price dynamics, EBITDA change and managerial competence.
Professional path of Maciej Oleksowicz
President of Inter Cars SA studied at the Leon Koźmiński Academy and the University of Warsaw, at the faculty of marketing and management. In 2010-2011 he competed in the European Rally Championship (ERC) series and in 2012 in the SWRC (FIA Super 2000 World Rally Championship) series.
From 2000 to 2008, he worked at Inter Cars SA, where he was responsible for the creation of the sports vehicle parts and tuning department. Subsequently, he implemented ERP systems, data warehousing, logistics solutions and inventory planning systems.
Since 2007, he has been running a business related to the organisation of safe driving trainings and automotive team-building events. Two years later, he devoted himself to servicing and selling parts for rally and racing cars.
Between 2001 and 2015, he sat on the Supervisory Board of Inter Cars SA. Subsequently, he became directly and actively involved in the management of the company and the Capital Group, particularly in the area of new technologies - as IT Strategy Director. Prior to joining the Management Board, he served as proxy for Inter Cars SA.
In June 2023, elected to the management board of the Polish Business Council for a two-year term.
