Maciej Oleksowicz, President of the Board of Inter Cars, has been appointed to the board of the prestigious business organisation for a two-year term.
The Polish Business Roundtable is an organisation of owners and presidents of the largest companies in Poland. Its members represent most sectors of the economy. Its main task is to work towards building a strong economy and an efficient state and to promote entrepreneurship. The council creates a space for the interaction of business people and their participation in the public debate.
New PBR board members for the period 2023-2025
The position of president of the Polish Business Roundtable for the new term will once again be taken by Wojciech Kostrzewa, president and co-owner of the Billon Group, a Polish-British technology company. He has held his position in the organisation since 2019.
At the same time, the board has elected six vice-presidents. For the first time, Inter Cars CEO Maciej Oleksowicz, Hogan Lovells law firm partner Beata Balas-Noszczyk and MS Investments CEO Michal Szramowski have become vice-presidents. Re-elected as vice-presidents are co-owner of the Adamed Group Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, FoodWell CEO Mariana Owerko and Group One CEO Marek Żołędziowski.
The appointment of Maciej Oleksowicz as vice-president of the Polish Business Roundtable is a great personal distinction and confirmation of his managerial competence, and at the same time proof of Inter Cars' high position in the Polish economy.
