Best Managed Companies is an awards program established back in 1993 by Deloitte Private in Canada. Its Polish edition has been launched in 2022. The aim of the initiative is to recognize excellence in privately held Polish companies which achieve excellent results thanks to the best management standards. Inter Cars just had to be in the group of such companies.
During the formal Gala, organized on 8th June, the winners of the first edition of the Best Managed Companies Poland 2022 plebiscite were presented. The competition organized by Deloitte is the only one in the world that looks at companies in such a detailed and meticulous way and verifies their approach to business. It is not an evaluation of financial results, but of implemented strategy, ways of managing human resources and organizational culture of the company.
Deloitte experts, together with participants, selected the greatest advantages of their company's business and management model, found areas for development, and together with the Jury could objectively and reliably assess whether it was time to recognize the entity as the Best Managed Company. The award for Inter Cars is a confirmation that its organizational culture is based on openness and direct relations - regardless the position in the company. It is a model where co-workers respect one another, and relationships inside the company are less formal. We follow the rules and principles that set the code of conduct and treat everyone fairly.
