Are you ready to master a new profession to get a stable job? Bosch and Inter Cars offers a free training course: Fundamentals of Vehicle Construction and Diagnostics for Non-technical Professionals Working at Service Stations aimed at those women and men who are bound to change jobs because of the war.
The knowledge gained will open the way to a position of a Service Station Receptionist. It is a good chance for women to expand employment opportunities both abroad and in Ukraine.
The course consists of two parts, theory and practice. You will gain basic knowledge about:
- Vehicle mechanics and diagnostics
- Bosch spare parts
- Contacting customers by phone
- Customer complaints professional handling
You are welcome to attend this training if you have:
- Primary technical education (sufficient school level)
- Computer with Internet access
- Desire to study and develop
The training takes place in the format of webcasts from the Bosch Training Center in Kyiv. The handy online format allows studying at any location.
After successful completion of the course participants receive a certificate in Polish or Ukrainian.
