Inter Cars Marketplace is a new, international undertaking of the Polish distributor. The platform opens up completely new cooperation opportunities for garages. The first company in Poland, which will deliver products via this channel is Ambit from Bialystok.
Inter Cars Marketplace is one of the latest projects of the market leader. Before its go-live in Poland, the platform was previously present in Lithuania and Bulgaria, where the first tests were conducted. The aim of the project is to expand the portfolio of products for customers and provide garages with parts and components, which access was difficult or limited. The first company in Poland to offer its products will be Ambit.
- We have decided to start cooperation with Inter Cars within the Marketplace project, because we believe that together we will be able to influence the market and minimize the phenomenon of grey market in used parts trade. Inter Cars is one of the most recognizable companies in the automotive industry and has a huge power. Ambit company, as a first partner of Inter Cars Marketplace, will deliver products from dismantling vehicles. In the following months the product range will be extended - both with used and fully operational goods, as well as new products, which previously were not available in Inter Cars.
– The new Inter Cars Marketplace platform will include a wide range of products. Used parts are just one of its elements. We are introducing them, because we know, that they have their place in the automotive aftermarket. There are many examples, where they are the only technically feasible solution when repairing or upgrading a vehicle. They also enable garages to offer customers more cost-effective repair alternatives – says Momchil Kovachev, Chief Digital Officer at Inter Cars SA, responsible for development of the project.
Ecological aspect of the project

Inter Cars Marketplace is a fantastic solution that will allow the garages to find a number of parts, including used ones, that can be used to repair cars of lower value or with limited access to cross references. In the long run, this can have a significant impact on extending the life of a vehicle, and therefore have a very positive impact on the environment. After all, according to our philosophy, the most ecological car is the one that has already been produced – convinces Maciej Oleksowicz, President of the Management Board of Inter Cars SA.
The signing of the agreement between Inter Cars and Ambit took place in Warsaw on 18th May 2022. Additionally, a letter of intent was signed with the Car Recycling Forum Association, which promotes such a way of dealing with cars and automotive parts that would minimize their adverse impact on the environment while making the greatest possible use of the materials they contain.
Inter Cars Marketplace will be available for Inter Cars customers soon via the Inter Cars e-Catalog.
