Inter Cars Group records another success. This time the Polish distributor was honoured by industry experts, who analysed a joint project with Microsoft. What does it concern and what benefits does it bring to customers?
During the annual "Best in Cloud" conference, organised by Computerworld magazine, the most interesting and innovative cloud solutions were selected. One of the projects that was awarded in the category "Best Implementation of a Cloud Service" was the project to implement a CRM system and low-code platform - Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform in the Inter Cars Group.
- The implementation of CRM Dynamics 365 is primarily driven by concern for high quality of customer relationship management. For several years Inter Cars has been carrying out digital transformation activities using Cloud service. The company introduced a number of solutions that are part of its dynamic development on an international scale. It created, among others, a digital version of the product catalogue, which collects information about 2 million spare parts and accessories for the automotive industry through the Microsoft Azure cloud.
The CRMD365 implementation project is one of the largest and most innovative projects in the automotive industry. An additional entity involved in the project is GearCode sp. z o.o.
