Turbo Development of Evoron Brand

The latest news from the department managing this technologically advanced product speak about wider range of products and additional items for remanufacturing, and also complete turbocharger sets ready for assembling on a car.  The strongest asset of the brand are now Evoron complete turbocharger sets.  The quality of workmanship is comparable to OE parts, but the price is absolutely incomparable.  Marcin Turski, Brand Manager of Turbochargers Department at Inter Cars SA. will tell us more about the development of Evoron brand.

Definitely yes. We have extended the product range and introduced complete turbochargers under the Evoron brand, so that service work are not restricted only for specialized garages, but available for virtually any automotive repair garage. Our greatest hit is a complete and comprehensive product, which does not require any additional work associated with alibration or any other regulation work.  It is time to nail a myth of “expensive repair”.  It is worth noticing and emphasising that Evoron turbocharger, which just after taking it out of a box is ready to be assembled on a car, is offered in a similar price to the price of a repair service in a “turbocharger remanufacturing garage”. We guarantee quality comparable to OE parts, as our turbocharger are made of the same components and the same production lines as products of well-known companies, used for the first assembly.  It is not just a marketing slogan - it is a fact!  Regarding the aforemen-tioned “childhood problems”, I can boldly say that we have managed to avoid them. Really strict testing process and implementation of quality control of each item sold to the Customers helped a lot. It is quite time consuming, but gives us a 100%-guarantee of quality of each and every item.

Good price is the domain of a private brand, but quality always comes first. We are able to guarantee the quality, thanks to the fact that the final stage of production process is realized already in Poland, in tight cooperation with a specialized company. Each and every product undergoes tests, is dynamically balanced, on a high-speed balancer, next is calibrated in line with OE parameters.  Such a model of production and brand management allows us to obtain uniqueness of the product and quickly build positive image of the brand on the market.  Here we are building our know-how and working on the details.  I manage the brand in which I fully trust.  We are promoting comprehensive kits, ready to assemble turbochargers, as an alternative to time-consuming repairs or OE parts, which very often are more expensive than the value of a vehicle itself. As at the end of Q1 2020 we are offering over 200 models of turbochargers.

It is worth noticing that components required for remanufacturing repairs are also an important part of our portfolio, and we are constantly developing it. Among our Customers, there are garages which are dealing with turbocharger repairs, by assembling ready-to-use, so called CHRA core assemblies. We are trying to meed their needs as well.  Cooperating with them, we managed to reach full development of product line as at the end of 2019.  Starting the project 3 years ago, we only had three types of products.   These were the CHRA core assemblies (cores), pneumatic actuators (valves) and guide rings. At the moment we can boast with 8 product lines, including fitting kits, oil pipes and hoses, Rotary Electronic Actuators (REA), cast-iron bodies and complete turbocharger sets with over 500 unique product references.
