Once again Inter Cars has proven its openness to new initiatives and care for equal treatment. The Company has joined a nationwide social campaign, encouraging women to enter the world of new technologies - #womanupdate. What is this undertaking all about?
Technology is here and now. EVERY woman has the chance to gain digital competence – no matter of her experience, age, and even... century. The campaign is to show that the key to safe future, stable employment and good remuneration is constant development and obtaining new skills

I have three daughters and each of them is different. Two older ones, though still being teenagers, are fluent in using digital tools and know the basics of computer programming. For today's generation these are basic skills, that is why the initiative #womenupdate is so close to me. In the past, pure survival in hostile world, often required physical advantage. In this matter we are much different and most of women cannot compete with men regarding physical strength. Today's world requires totally different skills. What we do have “in our heads” does not depend on our sex, but on education, openness to science, learning and curiosity for the world. Thanks to our educational background we can much better use tools and understand the surrounding world much easier and better. Currently available tools are mainly digital ones, so I do encourage everyone - irrespective their sex – to be open for new technologies and follow the rule, that every time is good for learning
